  • Provide Details: Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or documentation.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA).
  • Ship the Product: Return the product in its original packaging, along with the RA number, to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original          payment method.  

Refund Timeframe

The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment method and banking procedures. Please allow 2 business days for your refund to be processed.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product sent).

  • Nuelments reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Nuelments is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
